THE PRECISION OF PROPORTIONS
Created in 1904, the Santos de Cartier collection pays tribute to aviation pioneer Alberto Santos-Dumont who inspired the original watch.
Based on the concept of form, a taste for minimalism, the precision of proportions, and an eye for detail, the collection is characterised by its square case with rounded corners and functional screws that are deliberately left visible.
AN EYE FOR DETAIL
This 41.9 x 35.1mm watch is presented in a steel case with rounded corners and visible screws. A 7-sided crown with a vibrant faceted blue spinel adds to the signature aesthetic.
The silvered opaline dial is instantly recognisable as being manufactured by Cartier, with steel Roman numerals and blued-steel sword-shaped hands. Allowing you to configure an accessory that feels uniquely yours, this timepiece is supplied with two straps – one in brown calfskin leather and the other in steel.
Water resistant to 10 bar (100 metres) and equipped with a calibre 1847 MC self-winding mechanical movement, this exquisite model effortlessly balances function and form.
