One of the most dynamic players in British tennis is honoured with this special edition of a Rado icon, the Captain Cook explorer’s watch. An all action tennis star and Wimbledon semi-finalist, Cameron Norrie is a perfect fit for a watch designed for adventurous souls.

This special edition sports several nods to lawn tennis, including tennis ball-styled dial markers at 12, 3, 6 and 8 o’clock, and a green white dial in a radial gradient. Both the sapphire caseback and a green leather presentation pouch are adorned with Cameron Norrie’s signature.

The timepiece is limited to 823 editions, reflecting the tennis star’s birthday on August 23rd.

1962 HERITAGE, BUILT TO LAST

Based on a Rado design from 1962, the modern Captain Cook updates this heritage with modern touches. This 42mm model is crafted from stainless steel and features a green ceramic bezel insert with engraved numbers and markers in matte white Super-LumiNova®. The gradient dial features a date window at 3 o’clock.

Powering this watch is the Rado calibre R763, an automatic movement that delivers an impressive 80-hour power reserve. As with all watches in the Captain Cook range, this watch is water-resistant to 30bar (300m).
